I'm not sure what went wrong for those diners who had a negative experience at Nottoway, but it feels like we must have been at a different restaurant. Our time there was incredibly positive. Just to give you some context, we enjoy country cooking and aren’t looking for dishes that come with elaborate sauces or fancy names. View all feedback.
This restaurant offers the best food around, showcasing authentic Southern home cooking. The families that have run this establishment for generations are some of the kindest people you could meet. I have so many fond memories from my childhood spent here. My dear friend Marjorie Grey will always hold a special place in my heart. I've always regretted leaving Dinwiddie; I truly loved the country life. It's a place that combines great food, wonderful people, and a warm sense of family—truly the Harrisons.
