We stopped for hot chocolate, the help was all hanging at the other end of counter so we went there to order, the young lady informed us we were in the wrong area to order and made us move to the correct area. Other than the employees having no real interest in the customers it was View all feedback.

Almost swallowed this piece of white rubber 20 minutes ago from the bagel they made me this morning.

Today, my son went to pick up our coffees, which we ordered with cream, but two of them came with either sugar or flavored sweetener instead. They noted this on the cups with a marker but neglected to add any cream. My son tried to explain the situation to the young man at the drive-thru, but he appeared confused. Please consider retraining your weekend staff.
