Was renpa at Capricorns a mag?
Of course, the cheese plate was delicious, but it is Switzerland... my husband and I had recommended a pork dish and a beef dish from our server and both were some of the best meals I ever tasted! The meat fell apart and the vegetables and the schalopp-like potatoes were also perfectly cooked. The service was excellent, although the restaurant was full. We didn't eat anything at the Capricorn restaurant. We tried (a few days in advance) to book a table for dinner on a Saturday, but -rudely was told by the manager that the hotel and the restaurant were full. Das Restaurant liegt mit schöner Aussicht über das Tal, weit oben in Wergenstein. Sehr nette Bedienung und feines Essen gibt es hier. Das Lokal ist schön und einfach eingerichtet. Bei schönes Wetter gibt es eine grosse Terrasse.
Gemeinsam mit Freunden ass ich im Capricorns Retaurant.Eine tolle regionale Karte und ein anprechendes zusätzliches Menu machen glustig.Wir entschieden uns für a la carte, da es bereits recht spät war.Der Salat war hervorragend mit Spargel, Bio Ei, Rohschinken und vielen mehr. Tolle Salatsauce. Als Hauptgang genoss ich ein zartes, sehr gut ageschmeckte Lammragout mit Zuchetti an Minze. Top Wahl. Auch meine Freunde waren sehr angetan vom Cordon Bleu repektive einer grillierten Pouletbrust mit frischen Beilagen. Das Hausist sehr schön und die Lage einmalig. Sehr zu empfehlen, aus Zillis sehr schnell über eine angenehm ausgebaute Strasse zu erreichen.
Vorzügliches Essen mit einem traumhaften Ausblick !Sehr nette Bedienung. Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Restaurant und kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice service. Very friendly! Gastronomic specialities are served in special dishes. We really enjoyed it!
