I had a delightful dining experience at the restaurant. It was clean and well-maintained. Our server, Jamie, was outstanding—she was attentive and made sure our water and iced tea were always topped up. The meal was delicious; I ordered the Lime chicken, which came in generous portions. Although our fries were initially cold, they were quickly replaced with hot ones. Overall, it was very good. Our total bill came to $27 for dinner, including drinks.
The food and drinks are fantastic, as always! The service is excellent, and our waitress was absolutely amazing! I love the Massillon Applebee's; I've never had a bad experience there.
Very clean, staff was friendly and greeted us at the door. There was a wait but they made sure we got our drinks taken care of as soon as we sat. Food was out much sooner than we thought and turned out amazing!
When you order and tell them no jalapeños and they still put them in the dish. The meat was over cooked. Will never order from here again. Rockne’s is going to get my business from now on.
We went in for dinner, and the host seated us but then proceeded to ask three different waitresses to serve us. Each one declined, saying it wasn't their section. This discussion continued for about 10 minutes as they argued over who would take our table, and ultimately we decided to leave. We will never return to that restaurant.
