Hap Chan Tea House is situated inside a small mall, and its operating hours depend on the schedule of SM Hypermart. When we visited around 8 PM, we were the only customers dining at that time, which made me think they might be closing soon. However, the large bowl of congee with century egg and shredded chicken was excellent. View all feedback.

We were fortunate to have a private room for our group of 14. The food was served quickly, although our lumpia arrived at the end of the meal. Everything was delicious. Food: 5, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 5.
