In any case the worst chipotle locations. Why doesn't it just close when it's so hard to run efficiently? it's always dirty, soaking machines are always empty, workers are annoying and quarreling, I have shown at least 3 times to see a sign on the door, saying that due to the personal problems, no one can be placed in person order after I already pass the drive. I don't order it anymore, because my order always ends wrong. I have this name “Subpar Chipotle” in my chipotle app. I will begin to make the drive to sandy springs to avoid this in the future.
After 25 visits to this location I can honestly say, this is the worst Chipotle in the state of Georgia. Way too many incorrect orders, always out of guacamole, and now the rewards program won't allow customers to add they're earned rewards two meals online. Workers throw stuff together and it tastes like it. The manager attends to customer issues like a teenager. Way too many bad experiences.
Ordered Uber eats from here and was very satisfied with my portions of everything that I ordered! Some Chipotles are stingy when you order extra toppings but this was did not disappoint! My burrito bowl was made with love and care! Delicious
Because their phone number wont allow me to voice a complaint with a human, Ill leave this for anyone to read. This chipotle has messed up my orders so many times I cant count. Today, I placed an order online for pickup. First walked in the store to blank stares and no greeting even after I said hello. BTW, I was the only customer in there. Ok whatever. I get home and one of our bowls was missing the chicken. Not sour cream or lettuce, but missing the chicken for crying out loud. Not the first time this has happened. Second, one of the burritos had a hair in it. Yes thats right. Finally another burrito was folded in a mess and busted where it had to be eaten with a fork. Congrats chipotle you're succeeding at driving what used to be an enjoyable experience with great food to a bad experience with poor quality food and service.
Worst experience of any restaurant hands down. My wife asked for a kid's quesadilla with chicken on it and the manager named DeAngelo who was serving her refused to make it and had an incredibly rude attitude. She asked politely why they can make a normal chicken quesadilla but not a kids one. The manager just said that's not how they do it (even though she has been going there for years and was never an issue). I can not under state how rude he was to us. When my wife asked for his name, he simply walked away, and we had to ask the other worker who he even was. Worst customer service I've ever had. Period. If you value friendliness, value, accuracy, or your own time and sanity, do not come to this location. We will never come here again because of this interaction and I hope you do the same and just go to Moe's or Willy's
