Uninviting, Creepy, and Sticky. TL;DR: Do not recommend any time, will not be returning. I don't know if this place used to be held to better standards or what but the staff, atmosphere, and frankly food was sub par. Staff was unwelcoming when there was only 4 other people at the bar.
