5 stars for the ambience, never judge a book by its cover and this fits with the restaurant, very ordinary looking from the outside. There are some great vegan options and some of em maybe too spicy for your liking. Only downside maybe the long preparation time but the afro-carribean music gets you going ;
This is the best African food I've had outside of Africa. For the people with me, this was their first time trying African food and they were really grateful to have such good food in such a unique atmosphere. The menu featured items common in a number of African countries. For example, the Fufu was not the same as I had in Ghana but it was so tasty, easy to eat, and the stew had so much meat! Not a venue for when you are in a rush, but perfect when you want a relaxing evening with good food and friends. We were there for over two hours.
Tasty, authentic African food! I had the lamb special with fufu, the curry sauce is fragrant and cooked with a great flavour combination of veg. Bear in mind it’s a €25 min spend to use card, otherwise cash. And the interior is authentic, but quite dark with a portion of the floor using sand making for a fun experience. Try it out!
