Love this place. Great spot and arguably one of the best views you can get, right on the promenade. Great attention to details in the internal decor and interior design wooden panels throughout the cafe (including in the bathroom) which creates very cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Service was prompt and attentive, with starters arriving alongside our cocktails, which were delicious and expertly crafted. Our main courses were served approximately 15 minutes after we finished our starters, allowing us ample time to digest. We ordered two king prawn salads and a free-range chicken supreme. The mashed potatoes were smooth, flavorful, and soaked up the sauce beautifully. The parmesan cheese added a nice touch without overwhelming the dish. The chicken was juicy and tender, pairing wonderfully with the other flavors. The prawn salad featured additional halloumi and was generously dressed with a citrus vinaigrette, enhancing the flavors of the walnuts and prosciutto. The prawns were perfectly cooked, and the avocado provided a wonderful contrast. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience.
Wow! The Pantry Manly surpassed our expectations. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Located right on the beach in beautiful Manly, it was the perfect setting for our special 50th wedding anniversary lunch. What more could we ask for? We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant, seated by the window with beautiful views of the sea. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous. The food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service—very welcoming and accommodating. We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be returning!
It's not like me to keep coming back to the same restaurant for birthdays and anniversaries, but Manly Pantry impresses every time. Beautiful location by the beach, lovely food, great service. 5 Stars!
What a not so hidden gem! I forgot how good the Pantry's breakfasts are. Our waitress was absolutely lovely and made our visit. We came here with a $100 voucher bought for us as a gift by a friend. It is great they have a regular big breakfast as this isn't on many breakfast menus anymore. We will be back for sure.
