I visited their restaurant in Manitowoc again and, once more, they were out of chicken sandwiches at 8 PM on a Friday! I can't believe it. That’s it for me—I won't be returning to this location!
I arrived at 7:30, but the doors were locked. The sign indicated they were open until 8. There were employees inside who clearly wanted to close early. So, I decided to go to Popeyes instead!
Melissa, the manager, is an exceptional person who truly cares about her work. The staff is friendly, and they have a convenient range of items in stock. Their in-house food selection is impressive.

Though it may not be fine dining, KFC's drive-thru consistently delivers on both taste and convenience.
The food and service were good, but the cashier seemed unfamiliar with the drinks and condiments offered at the restaurant. However, she was very friendly.
