What Maria Carmela Sarmiento dislikes about Baskeams Cafe And Resto:
Tried this resto with my husband. He ordered sizzling pork adobo I ordered sizzling pork chop. The meals are all P99.00, with rice drinks (cucumber lemonade). The adobo was too salty less meat, more of bones, so my husband didn't finish it. The pork was quite good, tender tasty. They bought ice for the drinks. The place was warm so I requested to have the electric fan turned on. We were the only ones eating, so I won... View all feedback.
Their Tapsilog is delicious and only costs 99 pesos. Food: 5, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 3.
I visited Baskeams Cafe And Resto for dinner and ordered Chiksilog, Sizzling Sisig, and Sizzling Bangus, along with an Iced Americano and Iced Latte. What we enjoyed: reasonable prices for generous portions, an eye-catching interior, a fresh atmosphere, accommodating barista, and good coffee. However, there were a few things to note based on our experience: the sauce on the Sizzling Bangus was TOO salty, and we were unsure if that was the usual flavor. Additionally, we could smell cigarette smoke from the staff smoking right outside, which was off-putting since we had our 3-year-old with us. It would be great to see more side dishes added to the menu. As the place is fairly new, there is definitely room for improvement. Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Dinner.
My husband and I visited Baskeams Cafe And Resto. He ordered the sizzling pork adobo while I had the sizzling pork chop, with both meals priced at P99.00, which included rice and cucumber lemonade. Unfortunately, the adobo was quite salty, had less meat, and more bones, leading my husband to leave it unfinished. On the other hand, the pork chop was tender and flavorful. The drinks were served with ice, and since the place was warm, I asked for the electric fan to be turned on. We were the only customers at the time, which made me wonder if they could cover their rent, although we were informed that they do a lot of catering. We had the chance to speak with the cook/chef, who mentioned that the dishes come pre-packed and already marinated. Overall, I don’t think we will return. Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Dinner, Price per person: ₱1–200, Food: 3, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 3.
