The customer service at this restaurant was terrible! I attempted to visit on a Saturday evening with a party of 12 for a friend's birthday. When we arrived, we were told there was no booking and that we should have called to confirm, despite the fact that we had already done so. Amazing! excellent eating and our waiter could not have been more friendly or helpful. mustels are actually divine and my partner steak was perfectly cooked. we have come back

The restaurant had delicious food and a great selection of beers available at the table. The service, however, was a bit unfriendly.
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible! I attempted to visit on a Saturday evening with a party of 12 for a friend's birthday. When we arrived, we were told there was no booking and that we should have called to confirm, despite the fact that we had already done so. No apologies were given and the manager seemed uninterested in helping us. This could have easily ruined our evening, as we were then forced to scramble to find somewhere for 12 people to eat on a Saturday night at 8 pm! The food might have been good and the place looked nice, but with service like this, I have little hope that it will maintain its popularity. Do not waste your time with this place.
