Really nice food and drinks, I love going in here to have a relaxing drink and food, really nice Caleb atmosphere, very friendly staff, nice and clean, and they take considerations of food intolerances and nutrient deficiencies to a whole different level compared to all other food and drink places, for example offering dairy free alternatives. I visited this restaurant because I was intrigued by its concept. I was truly impressed by the care taken in creating the menu and the quality of the food. The fig pancakes were perfect, the turbulent mandellatte was heavenly, and the lady hostesses were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.
My partner ordered the teriyaki steak with black rice. I took a bite of the steak, and it was perfectly pink inside—very tender and flavorful. As for the drinks, I’m a matcha enthusiast, but unfortunately, the matcha latte here didn't meet my expectations. It lacked the matcha aroma, and all I could taste was milk. My partner tried the beetroot latte, and after a sip, I found it had a distinctly Indian flavor. Overall, the food was undoubtedly delicious, which is why I’m giving it four stars. However, the green and pink lattes we ordered looked good for Instagram but didn’t have much flavor. Additionally, I found the portion sizes a bit small for the prices (£15.95 and £16.95).
The food is is fantastic, especially if you’re dairy or gluten free. The staff are lovely as well and they provided superb service. A must visit in Manchester!
I had an amazing beetroot and turmeric latte! The bread was made with seeds or whole grain, which made it a great choice. The pancakes were unique, as they didn't taste like the typical pancakes but had more of a bread-like flavor. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the drinks were fantastic. Most importantly, the food is healthy!
Very nice place to breakfast with a lot of food also for vegetarians. very nicely cooked. super friendly and helpful staff. only negative thing is that there are some extras not included in the main dishes and the prices are not on the menu (extra tomaten 2 pfund! therefore I do not give 5stars
