This is a great example of a traditional Aussie bakery! It’s a small family-fun operation with a standard offering of bread, sweets, coffee and drinks. I was very impressed with the large selection of meat pies! I grabbed a brekkie pie early on a Saturday morning and washed it down with a long black. The place was a hive of activity in the morning with people buying their daily loaf of bread and grabbing a newspaper.... View all feedback.
By far my favorite place to come when i visit my inlawsRons always out there hanging out with us talking and the wait staff.
The Sunday church crowd was a little quiet (I think my wife and I were the only patrons who hadn't cashed in on social security yet), but the dining area
Food is excellant and the friendly service is the best around. Staff are always smiling and happy to have a joke.
This was my first visit to Malanda Bakery,was pleasanly surprised,we ordered a meat pie,it was beautiful, and the coffee's were hot and hit the spot,tables were nice and clean,it was very busy,but the guy behind the counter couldn't help us enough,,will go back,
