the rooms are clean and comfortable. there is plenty of space outside for the children to make and explore a round. we got into pickle smoke and omg, it was so good! the only recommendation of my daughter was to have the mac and the cheese from the salatbar on the children's menu. We recently stayed at Malanda Lodge. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, a large bathroom and kitchenette including fridge, microwave and tea and coffee. Friendly staff and tidy gardens and common areas. Highly recommend. Service: 5
We booked this largely because it was one of the cheapest options at the time, but it turned out to be a hidden gem of a place! Stylish and modern ranch style rooms, great restaurant on site, all rooms overlooking a huge garden and green space. Definitely a place we would stay again! Service: 5

Malanda Lodge is such great value for money, family friendly and the service was impeccable. Set in the heart of a beautiful area, on beautiful grounds with a pop that blends beautifully into its surrounds. The rooms and amenities are well maintained, with the bathrooms offering a spacious shower and hair drying facilities. The continental breakfast offered a great variety. Our children (3 and 6) thoroughly enjoyed their stay, with the pool and breakfast a highlight. We requested an early check in, and the reception staff were very hospitable in offering our daughter coloring, use of the pool, fruit and water whilst she waited, she was so so kind. The restaurant was closed given it was New Years Day, however Ben directed us to takeaway pizzas at the Malanda Hotel which were delicious and close by. Will definitely return when we’re in the area.
