Was User at Ucc Clockwork One Ayala a mag?
Was informed by one of the servers the unavailable menu items which is a plus so it would lower my expectations. Ordered Spinach Shakshuka. Pleasantly surprised they had flat white available at this cafe. Menu items are reasonably priced while the premium ones were expensive. Hope to try their blue mountain blend coffee or matcha next time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₱600–800 Food: 4 Service... View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Ucc Clockwork One Ayala:
Good food but bad service. Nobody greeted us upon entering so we seated ourselves since no one was paying attention. Then the table didn’t have a call button so we had to call walk to the counter and call someone. They missed an order and did not apologize for it. Pretty much the service was so bad that you don’t want to eat/drink anymore. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 View all feedback.

The food at Ucc Clockwork One Ayala tastes good, but some dishes are a bit too oily, especially for breakfast. The Sausage Bacon Hash Skillet has excess oil underneath, and it’s not served hot. The bread in the Crusted Toast English Breakfast also feels a little oily. Aside from these issues, the flavors are enjoyable, and the coffee is excellent. The prices are quite high, so it’s a place I'd visit occasionally rather than regularly. The service is good, with friendly and attentive staff. The interior ambiance is fantastic—clean, with music that perfectly matches the cozy coffee shop vibe. We visited on a Sunday morning around 7 AM. Good food but poor service. No one greeted us when we arrived, so we had to seat ourselves because staff weren’t paying attention. The table lacked a call button, so we had to walk up to the counter to get assistance. They also missed an order and didn’t apologize. The service was so disappointing that it took away from the overall experience. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
