5 stars for a burger joint?! What do I expect from a burger restaurant? An authentic American culinary experience along with a delicious, exciting, and high-quality burger. This place checks all those boxes! They also provide excellent service and intriguing side dishes. Surprisingly, out of everything I tried, it was the falafel bites that truly impressed my taste buds. Finely ground and deep-fried to perfection, they were simply incredible. I’m also a fan of the interior, which features a stylish combination of ceramic and dark metal.
I spent some quality time with my daughters, enjoying our time at the restaurant. The burger was excellent, and the chips were great as well. The fruit milkshake was a bit pricey at £4.50, but it was thick and delicious. While I wouldn't call it cheap, the food was definitely of good quality. The staff were friendly, the decor was lovely, and even the restrooms were impressively clean and well-maintained.
Great service! I would rate it 4.5 stars, truly! The staff seems genuinely dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience. The waitstaff was quick, attentive, and professional. They worked well as a team to ensure we had an enjoyable time. The burger was outstanding. It's also nice to watch the chefs in action. It's a lovely place to savor a good meal in great company! One area for improvement: the server who took care of us seemed a bit less personable. He seemed to go through the motions without much interaction. He could have been a bit warmer in his approach.
