I came to this restaurant for the good reviews and wanted to see for myself. the Iberian burrito is very rich, the salsa that has me because it has a lot of flavor and the meat is quite soft, which makes it a good dish to eat even when it is quite hot. the service is quite good and fast, the waiter who attended me: a Cuban is very kind. If I have a chance to return to Madrid, I think I'll be back to this place! View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Dcorazon:
I say to you that is the most normal place in the world. He doesn't eat well, not bad, normal. Yes, it has a fabulous terrace in the main square and prices are not of the main square, but normal. There's that left, for whom I can help View all feedback.
At the end of our last day in Madrid , we were looking for a good restaurant near Plaza Mayor. I searched the web and asked for the best ones in the area and, the name of this restaurant popup! It was for the worst even if its ranking is in the top 200 of 9700 restaurants rated in Madrid. Wine ok, tapas ok but very very very disappointing lamb shops and steak( more fat than meat, unable to cut a bit of meat) The restaurant did not charged for on meal but the damage was done, sading our last meal in Madrid!
Perfect experience. Amazing service (Ali, I wanna be your friend), amazing food, the basement is gorgeous and even the music was on point.
Had booked in advance. But 35 minutes between sitting down and being offered a drink. No care about how people wanted things cooked, such as the steak came overcooked, like leather, over salted and with over salted cheap tasting chips. Other main courses also basic and worthy of a greasy spoon van rather than a mid priced restaurant. Pulled pork tasted like bottled BBQ sauce. The main course arrived before we'd even finished our starters. Ordered different coffees and received three the same. Customer service hugely lacking, as was ambience nothing interesting about bare brick cellar walls, made worse when the food is below par and the service lacking. Probably not helped by the dog whistles eminating from a hen party who were allowed by the staff to be so noisy and piercing that it made for an unpleasant experience for other diners. We had initially had high hopes as rated highly on Trip Advisor, but very dissapointed. Certainly cannot recommend to anyone.
