This food truck is fantastic! I've visited twice and loved my meal both times. The chicken adobo is delicious and even comes in a half size if you're looking for a smaller portion.
I hadn't eaten at this food truck in about three or four years and wanted to see if it was still as good as I remembered. Spoiler alert: it’s just as amazing!
A few weeks ago, I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend and his mother, and the food was truly amazing! I ordered the pork sandwich, which was served with mashed sweet potatoes, topped with a red onion relish, and accompanied by fried plantains. It was the most delicious sandwich I've had in ages! Although the food took a bit longer to arrive, it was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend checking this place out!
Every time I get the chance, I go for the tacu tacu at the food cart, along with the sauces. It's absolutely fantastic! Delicious!
