Was M B at Moka a mag?
My favorite place for a hot chai tea latte and a cookie or muffin. They have the nicest employees. I've encountered that at all three stores in Madison. It's always worth the wait. View all feedback.

I wish I could give this young a better review. first, the moka staff and owners are super friendly, nice and accomodating. they are really all about customer service. when they visit here regularly, it's kind of like cheers. they know you with names, your drink. the building looks like it's just a passageway, but there's a walkable area where they can order and sit and stay awile since there's a few tables and chair... Look no further for a quick and friendly coffee run! It can get quite busy, but they are efficient. Pretty much any beverage can be made vegan, but unfortunately there really are no food items I can eat here. Service is always impeccable. If the line gets a backed up, you can expect someone will come out and take your order with a smile!
They have great drinks and service, but I wish they'd do something to expedite the drive thru. There always seems to be a long line, sometimes even into the street. I understand there are rush times depending on the time of day, (I've worked in a coffee shop before) but it could still be a little faster.
Literally sweetest people in Madison, and the best coffee, all organic! I had a super rough day and was crying a lot, I pulled up for my usual and still had red dots all over my face from crying. I went to give her my card and she said “no worries this is on me”. Small gesture made my whole day and meant the world. Love these people and so appreciate the quality of the food coffee! Thanks Moka for being the step above always ?
Drinks where amazing.Service was slower than anticipated and they kept trying to get me to try different stuff. I just wanted a black coffee.I will go back and try again. Hopefully it was an off day for whom ever took my order
