It was my first visit since before COVID, and there was definitely a wait to get through the line to place my order. The first server I interacted with was very friendly, but the next person who continued the process was quite the opposite. It was my first visit since before COVID, and there was definitely a wait to get through the line to place my order. The first server I interacted with was very friendly, but the next person who continued the process was quite the opposite. He barely made eye contact, didn't say a word, and looked like he would have preferred to be anywhere else. His lackluster approach to putting together my to-go bowl was disappointing; it felt like everything was just hastily thrown together. On the positive side, the rest of the staff were friendly, and my burrito bowl was delicious. I plan to return, hoping that the demeanor of that young man improves by then.
My coworker and I recently had lunch here. I was really looking forward to having a quesadilla, but unfortunately, the machine was out of order! I ended up opting for the grilled chicken salad instead, which turned out to be wonderful. However, when we went to get drinks, they were out of ice, so we had nothing to put in them. My coworker had hoped to dine in since she had ordered several times over the past couple of months, but each time they forgot to include the guacamole, even though she was charged for it! This has happened more than twice! The food is great, but there are definitely some recurring issues. B.
