I was insulted immediately after sitting down for asking if a beer was available. Then served a cold steak after 45 minutes, and it was smothered in gelatin gravy. Coagulated gravy on a NY Strip that was cold and the butter had even hardened. Sad to see the service and food go down hill after new ownership.
