Was User at Wingstop a mag?
Always hot, fresh, and crispy. We only get plain boneless, sauces on the side. The sauces are a little inconsistent as far as flavor and level or spiciness goes. Order online and take out. Sometimes the wait times are longer than others, depends on when you go and what you order View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Wingstop:
The Hall Road location is by far the worst Wing Stop location in all of Metro Detroit. The only thing is that we were hungry. We ordered garlic parmesan chicken, we got plain. Our fries, and chicken was cold. And they refused to sub pops for more fries. But I'm glad because... More cold fries. Never ordering from here again. View all feedback.
The food was disappointing and the customer service was even worse. If you're unhappy with your job, perhaps it's time to consider leaving. Honestly, it might be best to just close the restaurant, as the staff could really use an attitude change.
I visited this restaurant recently and was quite disappointed. There were only three staff members working, and two of the girls vanished into the bathroom for a long time. The phone kept ringing, but no one bothered to answer it. When a customer tried to place an order, they were told it was only available for online orders. The staff seemed disengaged and moved at an incredibly slow pace. The online ordering system indicated a wait time of 18 minutes, but after both girls finally returned to the kitchen, they were preoccupied with their phones while preparing the wings. It took a staggering 40 minutes just to get 15 wings. I had a similar experience during my first visit but held back from leaving a negative review since they had just opened. Unfortunately, this time was even worse, with no apparent management present. The food itself was quite basic.
I've always enjoyed the food at Wingstop, but my recent visit to this location was disappointing. I arrived at 10:55, just over an hour before closing, and was treated poorly for coming in so late. It took more than 20 minutes for my order to be ready, and when I finally received it, my fries were soggy. Additionally, I only received one ranch dressing instead of the two that should have come with my 15-wing combo. I won't be returning to this location.
Food was great overall. However, my only complaint is that the person whom took my order was constantly chomping on a straw the whole time and I constantly had to have him repeat himself. Then noticed as he was helping the gal prepare the food was stillchomping away on the same straw and neither of them were WEARING GLOVES
Food at Wingstop is always good however I had a bad experience at this location. I came in at 10:55 a little more than an hour until close. They treated me poorly for coming in so late.
