Was John Burroughs at Chubby's a mag?

What Jay Raley dislikes about Chubby's:
Owner is an absolute jerk. My first time, wife's second. Wife's second bad experience. Place was barely half full. We were not ready to order when the waiter returned in 30 seconds with water. 20 minutes later, the waiter still had not returned. The owner came by and took the menus claiming they were busy.
