I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, and some staff members were unresponsive and not very polite when we asked questions. We even received the creamer after we had finished our coffee. The breakfast menu prices were quite high, but the quality didn't justify the cost. While the ambiance was cozy and inviting, the staff didn't seem happy or engaged in their work. I believe management should check in with their employees to improve overall morale. This was a dine-in experience.
