Quality food. On the other hand, the service was very slow! One cook to prepare our orders, we waited for more than 40 minutes for 8 dishes... I'll go back on occasion to test other sandwiches hoping it's faster. View all feedback.
It is rare that I am disappointed with a recommended place on Google reviews, but for the time being, I do not understand why this place has so many good reviews: the restaurant was empty when we arrived, my husband, my son and I. We ordered the pitas menus, served pretty quickly, but the sandwiches were very cold. We remark it and we are retorted because the crudities and sauces are very cold, we just pulled them out of the fridge, but the falafels are hot. What's the point of serving sandwiches that are supposed to be hot? In addition, the drinks are supposed to be at will but we are not told how to reserve, the distributor indicates that because of the covid it is forbidden to touch it, we feel that it disturbs them.... In short, neither the reception nor the dishes are at the height, and to crown it all, I have not received any response to my comments filed on their contact form, so total disregard of the customer... First and last visit!

Most important: the team! I've always known a super nice team so bravo because that's mainly why I come back when I'm on the lyon. falafels are a delight and prices are more than correct! only 10 euros for a 15 falafels box is interesting.
