I just left there and the older white car hop lady is RUDE; she snatched my card out my hand, I asked for ketchup for 3 orders of tots and she gave me 6 packets, thank gosh they were small orders. Also, I asked for onions on my CC and it came with none. I did not leave a tip which is unusual for me but I want service with a smile and not like we annoy her that she has to do her job. Had another great experience at this location. The service was fast and friendly.
I don't know how this Sonic has stayed in business here for as long as it has. But I guess for Luling we should be thankful? Oh well.

The restaurant has made some progress, but the food remains inconsistent. Some days it's great, while other days it falls short. I ordered the fish sandwich, but my bun was burnt on the inside, as if they forgot to flip it. I can still taste the charred flavor 20 minutes later. It's such a disappointment.
Literally didn’t want to turn on their machine to make my order and also didn’t want to refund me for it. No thanks????
