Forelles exceeded all expectations of a Michelin-listed restaurant. The setting overlooking the beautiful lawns of Fishmore Halls hotel near Ludlow, with views of Shropshire hills, was stunning. I came to this restaurant with my friends for lunch and I'm unhappy with my experience at this restaurant. A member of staff aged around 55-60 years old was too obsessed with serving and came to the table too often. This same staff member was in the men's toilets and told me that I have a nice bottom and invited me for a coffee in a quieter place.
