The highlight of our trip! Exquisite food and great service. Friendly, welcoming restaurant. Hope to be back to Lucca, again, to visit this restaurant.
A very INTERESTING find. A true hidden gem. The food was great for a reasonable price, adding the surprise value. It is a humble place with a very nice service.
Ristorante Tomei was recommended to us by locals. From the outside it looked somewhat like a slick New York diner, not the usual rustic osteria look. Don't turn away as the dishes are spectacular and the prices very reasonable. The owners are a young couple who are making their dream come true by creating a contemporary restaurant with exquisite food and wine, for moderate prices. There is no outdoor dining. Ample parking space infront of the restaurant
