Love that this place is open all afternoon until 7 PM, so no worries about missing the lunch hours as with other restaurants. A few places to sit inside or outside, which are enough except when it gets really busy. Easy walk to the city wall where there are many shaded benches, so you could eat there if necessary. A small healthy island. the first time I went here I took a custom centrifuge to accompany a poke and the coupling was reset. the second time I replicated the centrifuge with their salad and I can only confirm the goodness of this. all fresh, recommended place!
I worked around the corner from Bio-Room for weeks. I ate there most days. When it's hot out the Acai bowl with peanut butter is a refreshing, nutritious meal. I also ordered the spinach salad with avocado and chickpeas (vegans hold the feta). Nice people, quick, good value, fresh, and tasty. Highly recommend for vegans and vegetarians.
Delicious! Every dish that this place offers whether it is a bowl with cereals and yougurt, or sandwich, or salad is great, it certainly brings you joy and lift your mood. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh, and the portions are truly generous. Moreover, the staff is very friendly and ready to accustom your dish according to your prederences. Strongly recommend this place!
This little shop is one of the best secrets in Lucca. We ordered fresh salads and they were incredible. Fresh spinach,, fresh fruit, avocado, feta, chick peas. The sandwiches were amazing as well. The locals keep this place busy, so be patient the owner runs the shop herself and everything is made fresh.
