The food was fresh, and despite some technical issues, our service was outstanding. The staff was very apologetic about the problems and quickly found alternative ways to ensure our order was fulfilled and served promptly. This kind of attentive service is rare in fast food establishments, where such difficulties often lead to chaos and rudeness. I truly commend these employees for their professionalism.
The staff is nice and friendly, and the service is quick. The food is fresh, and everyone has great smiles. I'll definitely go back—thank you all! They offer specials all the time, not just on certain days.
The famous bowl here looks quite disappointing. The popcorn chicken appears to be mostly breading with hardly any chicken present. Overall, I'm very let down. Food rating: 1/5.
We'll never visit this place again. We came to the city for dinner after arrival. All the outer lights were outside; we didn't know if they were open. They were from Mac n cheese and corn. My son ordered a famous bowl. When we came to the hotel, we realized that they filled the bowl with popcorn chicken... and nothing else! The restaurant dining room was dirty; her garbage collection was open with garbage on the floor. This place needs a lot of help.
What happened to this restaurant? It used to be fantastic. The food is disappointing, the staff seems unhappy, and the management should be held accountable for the current state of this place. Even the crust is off; it resembles poorly made lumps of flour and is undercooked.
