$20 for a mediocre burger and fries? I didn't even get a drink. The prices here are outrageous. The only positive thing I can say is that the burger was just okay.
Hamburger was bland, the meat needed some seasoning. Love the peanuts and ? fries. $7.95 for a small burger, $6.50 for fries is a bit high for what you get. I would go to In an Out next time.
The restaurant could really use some new staff. My girlfriend had a straightforward question while we were ordering our food, but the cashier seemed annoyed and unwelcoming. In the end, she didn't address our question and kept pressing us to place our order instead. After spending around $50-60 on burgers and fries for two, we noticed the cashier went back to chat with her friend, the grill cook, and pointed at us while we were waiting in the lobby.
We stopped here 10 minutes before they closed because we were heading out of Denver. They were kind, courteous, and made us what we wanted without fuss, even though they were clearly getting ready to close up for the night. Nice place, right off thehighway, and easy on/easy off access.
Grabbed a take out order around 8pm. Three employees seemed happy. Place was bright and clean. I was only one of two customers at the time but both orders were filled very timely. Free peanuts everywhere while you wait the short time too! Lotsof other businesses in the immediate vicinity if the family wants different things to eat.
