**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag Experience** Cherrys, Fishhawk offers a varied dining experience that elicits contrasting opinions. Diners appreciate the inviting atmosphere and friendly service, particularly while enjoying ice-cold beers and expertly cooked chicken wings during game nights. However, the experience is marred by inconsistent food quality, with complaints about dry wings, burnt onion rings, and unpleasant odors near the kitchen. Slow service is another recurring concern, prompting some patrons to forgo returning. While the bar food is generally decent, improvements are needed, especially regarding kitchen cleanliness and customer communication. Overall, Cherrys serves as a community hub, but with a few significant shortcomings.
Good local place. Service can be slow, but the food is decent...typical bar food. Burgers are very good. One complaint though is, every time I go inside and sit near the bar or kitchen (area in my pic), there is a very, very foul odor that is not pleasant while you are eating. It literally smells like something is decaying in the kitchen... and it's every time I go inside, so I mostly sit at a table outside. I wish the owner would correct this issue.
Gas station nachos with onions, not a good selection of beer. Bar and grill with no alcoholic drink menu. Our waitress was very sweet though.
This is a lovely place to visit. Although the service can be a bit slow, the food is quite good and features classic bar fare. The burgers are especially delicious. However, I do have one complaint: whenever I sit near the bar or kitchen area (as shown in my picture), there is a strong and unpleasant smell that makes dining uncomfortable. It often smells like something is going bad in the kitchen, which takes away from the overall experience. Because of this, I usually prefer to sit at a table outside. I really hope the owner will take care of this issue.

I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad, but I was disappointed to find that there was no option to select Caesar dressing, even though it was supposed to come with the meal. The food quality was below average, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. I don’t plan on coming back. It’s not surprising that they have a 3.5-star rating!
