My friend and I both had the crispy tofu bowl which was amazing. Generous portions too. The dessert was kind of a disappointment, we ordered the Apple pecan pie with cashew cream and expected a traditional pecan pie but it had no crust and looked more like a pecan pie filling. The staff were really friendly.
My husband is a carnivore and I’m veggie searched for ages to find something that worked for both of us. Great service, friendly staff. The food was delicious, chilled ambiance but be warned; the portion size is very generous to say the least!
We walked past LOCAL and decided to check if they had lunch spots available and we were pleasantly surprised by the high-quality, well-composed dishes they served. The “Octopus with Avocado” came with a whole eight-armed octopus, and the “Black Rice and Prawns” included a generous portion of prawns. Far too expensive for such plain food. We ordered a salad and a bowl, both listed as main courses. However, the portion sizes were more appropriate for side dishes. Considering the price of €16 per dish, the value was disappointing. Both meals tasted remarkably bland. The couscous in the bowl was not even salted, and the salad lacked any noticeable dressing.
