What Mafalda Quinas dislikes about Descarado:
There were only 2 vegetarian options, one had peanuts, so I was down to one option. The veggie burger was a bit dry and not really tasty... For the price wasn't worth it. Although the starters were good and the white sangria was quite nice. It was supposed to have a DJ downstairs to party after dinner, but not even that we had... Too pricey for the experience. Pleasant location, great food but all that effort wasted by refilling used bottled water bottles with foul smelling local tap water (Belem water has a distinctive unfortunate odour from the old city pipe-work). Cheap trick to con a good customer out of a measly €4. Shame on you Descarado for trying to pull such a miserly trick. I pity your chefs who’s marvellous work you ruined. Never again.
