Everything looks so delectable from behind their glasses. It’s an Airport cafe so they’re super busy throughout but the average wait time from placing the order to getting the food is not that bad. Tried their mozzarella tomato baguette and it was pretty good.
Overpriced like anything at the airport and pretty poor quality. Apple tart was basic and not worth it
I’m reviewing the Hediard cafe in the Lisbon airport. Service is terrible. No one knows what’s going on or where to order. Tables not cleaned. Coffee very watery. Rude attitude. Disappointing
Staff have a very unfriendly attitude. Poor hygiene. Juicer mulched the rinds as did not know how to operate the machine. Had the worst orange juice ever. Tables not cleared. Real messy place and the cashier needs to be retrained on customer engagement. Barks orders! Very overpriced for what this is. Just has a fancy name but do not be fooled by this brand.
You get what you expect from an airport cafe. I had a coffee and a sandwich and it was ok. Not that many tables though and rather high price.
