Was Lindabboll at Gastronomico a mag?
After our first night in Lisbon at an expensive, yet poor restaurant recommended by the hotel, we ventured off the beaten path to Rua de S. Jose where we discovered an excellent, small, family run restaurant serving fresh seafood, lightly grilled, wonderful wine from the Douro region and very reasonably priced. You come to Portugal for the seafood... but dont go here. This place is more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. Very busy... very noisy... tables are picnic benches... not a place to take your date for a romantic evening out. Fish shrimp soup was that is the best I can say. The Gambas specialty dish... terrible. She had the cod... just average. Stay away... so many better places to eat. View all feedback.
