Alentejo’s cuisine is already famous for its simplicity and genuinity. Now you can find it in all its splendour in the highest concentration of restaurants in Lisbon, Carnide neighbourhood. The list is huge I can’t name it all but you will not be fooled with this experience. Just start with gratin chèvre cheese and fly over all the pork specialities. We did not like this restaurant: lousy food and very unfriendly people. We would never recommend this place to anyone.
What a night of treats as recommended by our waiter who helped us through the menu of Portuguese speciality tapas which were done with finesse and a full of house flavors. Brilliant. Don’t miss out.
We went into the restaurant by pure chance, because we were just looking for a quite place to have a nice dinner. In the area there are some other restaurants we already knew, but we were so surprised ... i wouldn 't change it for nothing. The quality of the Tapas offered plus the spectacular Melon Sangria, makes me want to return every month ! Been there already 2/3 times in a month and i recommend it to everybody i know ... Keep it that way, friendly with quality and prices that very affordable. I 'll return again and again ... still some things i haven 't tried :
Decent food in a cozy environment. The service could be significantly improved.
