We stayed at the Hotel Aktea and ate at the restaurant on a few occasions. The food was of a high standard and very tasty. They also have delicious gluten free options and plenty of vegetarian choices too. The food is fresh and high quality. The setting is lovely overlooking the gardens and pool area. Highly recommend.
Best sandwiches and wine. The owner is a true gentleman who makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. You can eat at the beautiful outside patio which happens to have a splendid pool. The food is cooked by top chefs and the service is elegant and refined. ELEGANCE AND CHARM. do not miss it
We went as our accommodation advertised a special price three course meal €22) and it was excellent value and worth the uphill walk!
We were staying in the hotel for our final days at the end of a disastrous trip in mainland Sicily. We had dinner in the hotel on our last night it was the best meal we had eaten in 12 days. Very sorry we hadn’t eaten there earlier. They prepared pasta specifically for me my husband had swordfish in a lovely herb sauce. Staff very attentive we had a memorable evening.
The freshness of the food was excellent. The advice on wine selection was very helpful and appropriate for the meal.
