can't understand the bad reviews. there was no reason to complain. ice was good and tasty. Special requests were received immediately and were also implemented as ordered. personally was friendly and always present. next time I want to see you again. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Surace:
the waiters are unfriendly, incompetent and look desinteressed. the beverages are badly prepared, the photo should be a lillet berry (usually with lillet blanc, russian wild berry, soda, celestial and eis). Not only that the drink was served warm and without ice, but the glass was also only semi-full and dirty. After we let the drinks go back, the waiter only filled with soda and brought the same glasses back. later... View all feedback.
