I visited Red Lobster for the first time in two years. My server was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. However, I was disappointed to find that they now serve instant mashed potatoes. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, service a 5, and atmosphere a 5.

Good food. Missing items from meals but employees took care of problems quickly and with a great attitude. Food was great. My family of 4 had dinner on 9/30 at limas red lobsters and I want to say how awesome our server Kyleigh was. She was immensely attentive and handled all of our needs. She was so pleasant and friendly. Service like that these days is very rare. Weappreciate all that she did. She is the my epitome of what customer service is. I'm giving a 4 for the service. Our food was okno real complaints but it's red lobster has changed over the years.
Dad and I both had the all you can eat shrimp Monday special. It was really good. It comes with 1 side, so I got a side that would be easy to take home and have for another meal...a baked potato. Before leaving, dad asked for more of the cheddar baybiscuits and our waitress brought some out in a to go bag for us. It's always worth asking. Worse thing that could happen isthey say no. They were busy, as it was supper time, but everything came out in a timely manner and was hot and fresh.
