What T C dislikes about Joey's Subs:
Asked for no salt or pepper and they put extra on it. It just seemed as if the little girl was doing it to be a jerk. I even asked her again to please make sure she does not put any on it. By the time I unwrapped it I was already on the road back home, i turn around to return it and they were closed. This place is a stone for the city lima. the service is always top notch and the sub sandwiches are the best around. I always get the Italian with everything. if they are in the opposite, they will make one fall and make her travel to joeys
Ordered 2 coneys with cheese, asked for everything on them. The girl working even clarified twice, beef coney with cheese, everything on them. I get them open and they don't have mustard or onion. Kinda feel like she did it on purpose but whatever. First time visiting as I drive through lima often and wanted to stop by after seeing reviews and ratings , coneys were just ok. Menu limited, really just a few sandwich options. I saw they just added ruebens. I may give them another shot down the line.
I found it to be reminiscent of Tony Pacos in Toledo. The pictures looked very fancy. I was so let down.
