Was User at Embarcadero 41 Fusion a mag?
In a Lima city tour we had to enter after they were just opened and learn how to make Pisco mad and Ceviche. We didn't try anything except what we did, so I can't evaluate anything else. But the staff that taught us was friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was clean and looked like a great place for lunch or a drink every given day. Our drinks and keviche were great. What User dislikes about Embarcadero 41 Fusion:
The menu is quite large, they have many possibilities, I ordered crab causa when I got it was more potato than crab, I was eaten, then for my surprise I found a hearing, they did not charge me for the dish, I ordered Prawn Picante it was ok, but what it seemed strange that no one apologizes or offered me a dessert as an apology. This is part of the Embarcadero chain of restaurants. Note that from Mon Thurs(? or wed? they open until 17:00 and do not open for dinner, at least for this particular restaurant. This was our first lunch in Lima and it threw us away we had Octopus on a hot plate, lomo salado and cerviche all excellent and very tasty. Your pisco sours (the traditional passion fruit was also very delicious! Most servers do not speak English here, but there were a few that they could assign us excellent service and very helpful. The ambience is not a high-end restaurant, but rather like a sit dinner, but good food in a quiet area!
