We came in hoping for lunch but when we arrived we asked in French (we’re English speaking if they speak English- the waitress said no. In French we asked for a... read more We came in hoping for lunch but when we arrived we asked in French (we’re English speaking if they speak English- the waitress said no. In French we asked for a table for 2- she suggested coffee- we said yes. I had thought we may have a coffee and also lunch but the coffee came very quickly and we didn’t get the sense that we were really welcome to stay and there were no menus on the table. It was a lovely coffee- we had it and then went for lunch elsewhere. Perhaps next time we may ask straight away for the lunch menu.
