I had a disappointing experience with the duck in plum sauce from this restaurant. The sauce was watery and separate from the dish, and the duck was mostly sliced fat with very little actual meat. I believe this may have been a mistake, as I was left hungry after only a few bites of duck. Unfortunately, I couldn't contact them directly to resolve the issue as they only have a phone number and no email address. Despite the fast delivery, I was left feeling unsatisfied with my meal.
I have been using this takeout restaurant for 25 years, but I will not be going back again. I was initially told that my food would take 45 minutes, but when I called after 90 minutes, I was informed that it would be arriving soon. After another half an hour, I called again and was told that it would still be another 20 minutes. The staff were rude and abusive, providing awful service. I will be looking for a different Chinese restaurant that does not treat loyal customers in such a disrespectful manner.
Terrible! Everything was so dry! We ordered Singapore noodles, char siu pork noodles, pancake roll, and salt and chilli crispy beef, but everything was severely lacking in flavor. The noodles were dry and overcooked with barely any sauce or protein. The pancake roll was undercooked and only had a few small pieces of flavorless chicken. Overall, we were very disappointed to spend £32 on what felt like the leftovers from the kitchen.
Wish I could give 0 stars! Sent me the wrong food, stale, cold, no meat and refused to do anything about it. Wouldn’t eat here if you paid me.
Never had any issues with this place. Deliveries always on time and all staff very friendly. Fantastic food as Well.
