Feedback
**Restaurant Review: A Tale of Two Experiences** Dining at this restaurant brings a mix of experiences that can leave patrons either delighted or disheartened. While some guests rave about the incredible food, particularly the pasta, and the warm, attentive service that makes them feel welcomed, others recount nights marred by long waits, incorrect orders, and a neglected ambiance. Complaints of rude staff and insufficient vegan options persist, suggesting inconsistencies in service. Despite its potential, issues like understaffing and poorly presented dishes have tarnished its reputation. For those seeking an enjoyable culinary outing, careful consideration of recent reviews is advised.
Absolutely awful—without a doubt the worst meal I've had in the last 20 years. The food was overpriced, undercooked, and took two hours to arrive. But the most disappointing part was the staff. They seemed indifferent, as if they really didn't care about their job or the customer's experience. It felt like they were genuinely unhappy working in such a poor establishment.
I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience after this visit. It was possibly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Our food took an incredibly long time to arrive, and when it finally did, my order was incorrect. My wife had to wait an additional 30 minutes for her meal. The portions were small and the prices were far too high for what we received. The service was the worst part—rude, rushed, and unhelpful. I won’t be returning.
This was likely the worst culinary experience I've ever had. The restaurant was large but lacked atmosphere, feeling quite empty. It was clearly understaffed, and the place was dirty, giving the impression that the owner simply didn’t care. Our food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was just as cold as the restaurant itself. To top it off, it was expensive. Overall, it was an awful experience. I wish I had read the other reviews before making a reservation. I would recommend avoiding this place.
The place was empty when we arrived. the waiter took a long time to take our orders and longer to prepare our drinks. it was something wrong with the sound system, as the music held and started. we left.
