Exceptionally friendly staff. We got in shortly before the kitchen closed and were able to order without any problems. Food was really great. You always have a certain idea of what you have ordered and here the dish described on the menu was spot on. My friends were also able to confirm this in their dishes. People always kept an eye on us and asked several times if we wanted anything else (not excessively, it was very appropriate). Yes, something could be done with the ambience, but above-average emphasis was placed on the points that matter. Very happy again.

We were very happy with the ambience, the friendly service and the selection of food. Location right on the lake with a wonderful sunset. We'd love to come back.
Unfortunately, a complete fiasco! We were there with a friend who emigrated to Sweden many years ago. When she saw the menu, she was looking forward to a traditional German Christmas dinner – but it was a total disappointment. The duck breast was lukewarm and tough, the dumplings inedible, and the red cabbage overly sweet. We should have sent the food back. We paid out of politeness and didn't say anything. A word also needs to be said about the ambiance. It was a Thursday, and certainly not very busy (there was only one other guest in the restaurant besides us). But the fact that half the restaurant had chairs stacked on the tables was very unusual and uninviting. The only positive aspect was the friendliness of the staff.
I went there for lunch with my family a week ago. The food was very good, the staff was friendly, a bit more expensive than other restaurants, but the portions were correspondingly large.
