Centrally located, Changs serves up authentic Thai food at a very reasonable price. It's a small place with big decor! I advise booking ahead on the weekend. First impression no one speaks English, waitress does not even try to recommend some dishes, or explain what we ordered, she was really unhappy that we came to the restaurant.
