We knew of Marco's repertoire from his former restaurant LaCantina which is now closed, and he continues to amaze at Locanda. Everything is fresh, top quality and cooked with love. Pour un diner d'affaire, rien de plus extra. De l’accueil au service, c'est exemplaire. L'escalope de veau ''vaut'' le détour. Un chef qui se démarque, le service aux tables est irréprochable. Une bémol, son emplacement dans le Marché 440 ne rend pas justice.
Il s'agit d'un tout petit restaurant traiteur sis au marché 440 à Laval. C'est un endroit très agréable mais leur seul problème est que leurs heures d'ouverture ne sont pas évidents. Il y a des jours où ils sont fermés. Il y a des jours où ils ne sont ouverts que le midi. Il y en a d'autres où ils sont ouverts que pour le souper Ils ne ferment jamais après 21 heures. De plus, ils ne servent que ce qu'il y a sur le menu du jour et ce même s'il y a un menu régulier. Ils sont aussi traiteurs.Pas évident.Ceci dit, le service et la nourriture sont excellents. Mais, ce n'est pas donné et la liste des vins est assez limitée et ce ne sont que des importations privées.C'est assez cher. D'autant plus que le menu du jour ne prévoit qu'une entrée et le plat principal et non les desserts et le café.C'est malheureux car pour ce dernier fait on ne peut l'adopter comme une restaurant régulier.Un vendredi soir nous n'étions que 7 dans le restaurant
