What Amanda Werner dislikes about Project Pie:
The pizza at Project Pie was fantastic, especially if you love loading up on toppings—I highly recommend trying the ricotta cheese; it melts perfectly and adds a delicious touch. If you’re looking for a quick, delicious bite right off the Vegas Monorail without a huge meal, Project Pie is the perfect spot! It’s like a simpler version of Mod Pizza, offering fresh, custom-made pizzas whipped up fast. The staff was friendly, and the variety and flavor were fantastic. I found a great hack here: I ordered a kids’ pizza for $8.99 (one topping), upgraded with all the veggies I wanted, and ended up paying just $10.99—a total steal on the Vegas Strip! I also grabbed a bottle of soda, and they gave me a free small cup filled with ice that I enjoyed sipping for hours. Sitting at the small bar, I watched the pizzas being cooked in the wood-fired oven—it was a fun experience, especially for kids. After eating, I easily hopped back on the Monorail to the Convention Center within minutes. Next time, I’m definitely trying the Reese’s peanut butter cookie!

If you have time to wait, Project Pie offers better prices for two medium pizzas compared to other MGM pizza places—$33 including tip for two pizzas from Project Pie versus $48 and $51 elsewhere. Honestly, for two people, one pizza from their menu would probably be enough.
The staff at Project Pie are exceptionally friendly, with the woman making the crust being especially warm and welcoming. The pizza is delicious, and the prices offer excellent value for food on the Strip!
